Terms of Service

Last Modified: September 12, 2026 • Corporate Entity: Auraloop Inc. • Commercial Procurement Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms & Commercial Agreement

Welcome to Auraloop Inc. ("Auraloop," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital platform (auraloop.ca), digital wrap calculators, assessment tools, and client portal, as well as the commercial purchase, evaluation, and distribution of our certified compostable biopolymer stretch films.

By browsing our website, requesting enterprise evaluation rolls, completing our 2-step packaging assessment, or issuing a purchase order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an enterprise or corporate entity, you affirm that you have full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

2. Scope of Services & Material Standards

Auraloop Inc. manufactures and distributes industrial-grade, certified compostable stretch film products engineered to replace conventional petroleum LLDPE wrap in warehousing, automated packaging, and freight logistics:

  • AuraStretch-M: 18" x 1,500', 80GA manual hand wrap.
  • AuraStretch-A: 20" x 6,000', 80GA automated machine film.
  • AuraStretch-MC: 14" x 750', 80GA ergonomic hand core wrap.
  • AuraStretch-WM: 30" x 6,000', 80GA wide-format machine wrap.
  • AuraStretch-B: 5" x 1,000', 80GA narrow-format bundling wrap.
  • AuraStretch-C: Custom tint and heavy-duty gauge formulations.

All products are tested to meet ASTM D6400 industrial compostability standards and certified through the Biodegradable Products Institute (BPI).

3. Direct Container Program & Commercial Payment Terms

Direct Container Program Terms & Logistics Protocol

To eliminate intermediate distributor markups and deliver 20–25% savings, Auraloop Inc. provides the Direct Container Program under the following standard commercial terms:

  • No Long-Term Contracts: Program orders do not require multi-year volume commitments.
  • We Never Oversell: Production slots are booked against confirmed container capacity to guarantee delivery dates.
  • Payment Structure: A 50% upfront deposit is required upon sales order issuance to confirm production and freight booking; the remaining 50% balance is payable Net 30 days post-delivery.
  • Freight Inclusion: Qualifying container orders (including 20' ocean container and 40' container options) include freight forwarder ocean transport and domestic inland drayage to the customer's receiving dock.

4. Technical Data & Performance Engineering Disclaimers

Technical properties provided in our Technical Data Sheets (TDS)—including tensile strength (MD/TD), dart impact resistance, elongation at break, and pre-stretch yields (up to 300% on automated machines, up to 550% non-prestretched engineered capacity)—reflect certified laboratory testing under standard ASTM test conditions.

* Actual per-pallet yields and containment force in live warehouse environments may vary based on pallet load profile, mast tension settings, wrapping speed, ambient temperature, and equipment calibration. Auraloop engineers are available to assist with drop-in machinery optimization at no charge.

5. Enterprise Sample Evaluation Protocol

Enterprise evaluation rolls provided through our Sample Cart program are dispatched free of charge for live operational testing. Evaluation samples remain the property of the receiving facility upon delivery. By accepting sample rolls, you agree to evaluate them under normal packaging operations and provide feedback to Auraloop technical representatives.

6. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

All website materials, visual design, custom scripts, illustrations, biopolymer data formulations, trade names, and trademarks—including "Auraloop," "AuraloopIT," "AuraStretch," "Evolve With Loop," and "Good Ideas Travel"—are the exclusive intellectual property of Auraloop Inc., protected under North American and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized replication, reverse engineering, or scraping of site data is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty

Auraloop Inc. warrants that all shipped film matches published ASTM D6400 industrial compostability parameters and lot-tested tensile specifications. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auraloop Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from improper load staging, freight mishandling, or wrapping machine miscalibration. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific order.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any commercial agreements entered into with Auraloop Inc. shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.
